HRIS Technical Specialist (m/w/d)
(Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium)
Your Mission
The core mission is to ensure the effective management and ongoing life cycle maintenance of the group HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) platform, as well as complimentary employee experience solutions. The HRIS Technical Specialist will implement the group digital solutions and coordinate local roll-outs and adoption worldwide. In addition, the HRIS Technical Specialist will identify, promote, and coach improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance and efficiency of group applications.
What You Will Do
The HRIS Technical Specialist will be an expert in HRIS applications from a functional and technical point of view.
The key tasks are split into three major areas:
HRIS project implementation and local rollouts
Project implementation ensuring that all deliverables are completed by the implementation partner throughout each phase of the project
Ensure/promote alignment on the best practices during the system configuration
Lead roll-outs in different countries based on agreed global template
Liaise between Group HR process owners and implementation partner to coordinate the change request implementation, ensuring the HRIS platform operates correctly and without technical impacts
Gain all necessary technical knowledge to ensure ongoing support and optimization including in depth understanding of the administration tasks and configuration settings
Maintain strong focus across all testing phases and coach business users throughout their testing activities
Ensure all internal ICT deliverables are completed in a timely manner including applications integration and migration activities
Post implementation (lessons learned) reviews, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all findings and improvement actions
Accomplish the transition to support after go-live
Ongoing operations of the HRIS platform
Lead technical implementation of the annual campaigns (performance review, salary review, etc)
Follow up on release announcements, analyze technical impacts, implement and activate new release features, and conduct regression testing
Monitor and maintain existing interfaces with other systems, troubleshoot issues, and support integration flow adjustments during local roll outs
Analyze change requests received from Group HR, implement them independently or in collaboration with the implementation partner
Evaluate the application's technical setup and proactively propose continuous improvements
Collaborate with ICT support to ensure thorough documentation and smooth handover of support activities
Evolution of digital employee experience
Stay up to date with emerging HRIS technologies and digital trends (AI, RPA, automation, integrations)
Participate in Proof of Concept and Pilot projects with state of the art technology that aim to enhance the digital employee journey
Position Requirements
SuccessFactors Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus
LMS/Authoring/Digital learning content
Employee feedback management (Qualtrics)
Automation (RPA and/or Agentic AI)
API Integration
BI experience
Project Management knowledge is an asset
