Role and responsibilities as a Customer Advisor:
As a Customer Advisor, you are the direct point of contact for our customers. Through your approach, you help determine how customers experience Telenet as a brand and as end users of our digital products.
You provide the best possible service with a commercial mindset. You do this by making use of the commercial and digital tools we provide. With your empathy and ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, you identify their needs and guide them towards the best digital experiences Telenet has to offer.
You are jointly responsible for achieving both personal and team objectives, including meeting our customer service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will report directly to your shop manager.
Your work environment consists of our Telenet and Telenet-BASE shops (shops where both brands are represented). Here, you share your enthusiasm and knowledge of Telenet and BASE products with both customers and team members.
You are fully empowered to make decisions regarding customer files and follow-ups, always keeping a balance between customer value and business value.
You are not just a salesperson on the high street; your role as a Customer Advisor is far more challenging. You are a trusted advisor for our customers, guiding them logically from A to Z.
You work both independently and as part of a team, actively contributing to a positive and supportive working atmosphere in our shops.
