Description de la fonction Team/division description: The Product Strategy and Marketing Division develops the strategy and leads the planning of new Toyota and Lexus models with the target to deliver the best product for European markets while ensuring achievement of our business objectives.Our main role is to handle: Product strategy and planning (volume, specifications, pricing) Marketing strategy (sales & marketing strategy development, implementation across our markets, launch management) Lifecycle managementWithin this Division you will join the group in charge of Lexus models. Your responsibilities: You will report to Product & Marketing Sr. Manager and will take the lead to provide market analysis and related product strategy for current generation model including future lifecycle actions. Your daily tasks will include: Product Development Competitors product benchmarking Cost Planning, Volume & Profit assumptions (business case) Development of the grade & specifications strategy for your models including management of country specific requirements Interact with theteams in Japan & relevant Toyota Motor Europe members, and National Marketing & Sales Companies (NMSC) in order to ensure timely delivery of project milestones & results Be the source of expert knowledge and promoter of your model towards the NMSCs, related divisions in Toyota Based on customer feedback, propose & implement active life cycle actions Launches & lifecycle management Support coordination of launch activities through cross functional launch team approach Ensure all product promotion activities are in line with product vision Ensure assets correctness in terms of product Identify & share NMSC best practices Make recommendations for product lifecycle to support achievement of annual plan Profil Your profile: You have a Master Degree in Economics / Management / Engineering You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language), other language is a plus You have affinity with automotive and are passionate about cars (good understanding of car development) You are creative and challenging person with ability to see beyond current market trends You are analytical & accurate with ability to manage large amount of data You are persistent and stress resistant You are a team player but able t
