About the Role

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to office staff and ensure reliable internet connectivity. They will also be responsible for managing software licenses and subscriptions, conducting security awareness training, maintaining relationships with external IT service providers,
and monitoring all telecommunications issues in collaboration with preferred vendors such as Proximus or similar ISPs.
