This role oversees research activities, product design, testing, validation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure new vehicle systems and components meet performance, quality, safety, and market requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage automotive R&D projects from concept to production;
Develop new technologies, components, and vehicle systems aligned with business strategy;
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams;
Define project timelines, budgets, technical specifications, and resource allocation;
Conduct feasibility studies, product testing, validation, and performance analysis;
Ensure compliance with automotive regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements;
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and external partners for product development;
Drive innovation initiatives focused on efficiency;
Monitor industry trends, competitor technologies, and emerging automotive innovations;
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and executive updates for stakeholders;
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities during product lifecycle stages.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field;
Master's degree or MBA is a plus;
Experience in automotive R&D, product development, or vehicle engineering;
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, manufacturing processes, and industry standards;
Experience managing technical teams and complex engineering projects;
Experience with simulation tools, and product validation processes;
Knowledge of EV technologies, autonomous systems, or connected vehicles is an advantage;
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills;
