Overview • You will deliver and manage the solution follow up for SAP FI/CA en SAP CI first and second line support to the Finance and Commercial business of NMBS.
• You are in charge of the delivery of change requests from business requirements analysis to go live and will participate in blueprint and fit-gap exercises for SAP FI/CA en SAP CI.

• You will be actively involved in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) and Convergent Invoicing (CI) modules.
• You will work closely together with business process owners in order to understand business processes and requirements to guarantee a continuous service and ensure a sustainable solution.
• You will estimate the effort in man days and convert the requirements in a functional design, including an impact analysis of the changes on an existing system.
• You will configure the system and write functional + technical specifications for SAP FI/CA and SAP CI.
• You will document and test your new/adapted functionalities: you are able to conduct both unit and integration testing in an independent way, in communication and collaboration with all stakeholders involved.
• You will onboard the business with supervised testing (for which you will draw the test plans) and execute the go live support to ensure a smooth and quality controlled deployment.
• Depending on your skill set and interest you can get the opportunity to be actively involved in the preparation, blueprinting, realization and Go Live of the S/4HANA implementation project.
Conformity Criteria You have a master degree or equal by experience.
You are a hands-on experienced SAP FI/CA and SAP CI functional analyst with +10 years of experience in a similar role.
You have proven experience with SAP FI-CA and SAP CI within an S/4HANA environment.
You have +5 year experience in a railway company working on large scale FI/CA implementation projects regarding product offering.
You are able to debug programming code.
You can be on site in the office in Brussels 2 days per week
You speak Dutch and/or French and English fluently
Evaluation Criteria You are familiar with end to end business processes and how these are reflected in SAP.
You have strong analytical skills in order to carry out a blueprint analysis independently.
You have large experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
You have experience in performing business support and executing change requests.
You have a proactive and solution oriented mindset, with a no nonsense style, able to collaborate in a large (20+ FTE) team in an independent yet connected way.
You can operate as a SPOC for the finance professionals at business side as well as be able to plan, run and manage workshops/meetings with business stakeholders.
You are a trusted and knowledgeable internal SAP finance stakeholder who feels comfortable addressing technical topics with specialists in other IT (SAP) domains.
You have the desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise.
You possess the adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes.
You are open to sharing your expertise and mentoring more junior colleagues.
