BJob Description /bbr /Transformation Project Managerbr / pWe are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic change initiatives across our financial services organization. The successful candidate will manage complex transformation programs that support business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, digital innovation, and customer experience improvements. br / /ppWorking across business and technology functions, the Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that drive organizational change while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives. br / /pKey Responsibilities br / Project and Program Delivery br / ulliLead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, from initiation through implementation and post-deployment review. br / /liliDevelop project plans, governance frameworks, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements. br / /liliMonitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. br / /liliEnsure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and business outcomes. br / /liliCoordinate multiple workstreams across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external partners. br / /li /ulTransformation and Change Management br / ulliSupport the design and execution of strategic transformation initiatives, including digital, operational, regulatory, and organizational change programs. br / /liliDrive stakeholder engagement and alignment across all levels of the organization. br / /liliFacilitate workshops and working sessions to define future-state processes and operating models. br / /liliPromote adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working through structured change management activities. br / /liliTrack realization of business benefits and transformation objectives. br / /li /ulStakeholder Management br / ulliBuild strong relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and project sponsors. br / /liliProvide regular status updates, executive reporting, and governance committee presentations. br / /liliManage expectations and facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups. br / /liliAct as a trusted advisor on project delivery, transformation methodology, and organizational change. br / /li /ulGovernance and Risk Management br / ulliEnsure compliance with internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks. br / /liliMaintain project documentation, reporting, and audit trails. br / /liliEscalate key risks and issues appropriately and propose mitigation actions. br / /liliSupport regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives where required. br / /li /ulFinancial and Resource Management br / ulliManage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking. br / /liliCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective project delivery. br / /liliMonitor vendor performance and support procurement activities where relevant. br / /liliEnsure optimal utilization of project resources. br / /li /ulRequired Qualifications br / ulliBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. br / /liliMaster's degree is an advantage. br / /liliProfessional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent preferred. br / /liliChange management certification (e.G., Prosci) is considered an asset. br / /liliFluent in English French and/or Dutch br / /li /ulExperience br / ulli5–10+ years of project management experience within financial services, banking, insurance, asset management, payments, or fintech environments. br / /liliProven track record delivering complex transformation, digital, operational excellence, or regulatory change programs. br / /liliExperience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder initiatives. br / /liliStrong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management practices. br / /liliExperience working in regulated environments is essential br / /li /ulKnowledge and Skills br / Project Management br / ulliStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). br / /liliExpertise in project planning, budgeting, reporting, and governance. br / /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. br / /li /ulBusiness and Transformation br / ulliUnderstanding of financial services operating models and regulatory environments. br / /liliExperience with process improvement and transformation frameworks.
