While bDiegem /b will be your main office, we offer flexible working arrangements, working from home or from our offices in Antwerp, Ghent or Hasselt. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou will closely work together with PAS leadership to define the strategic priorities and design and execute the strategic roadmap for our immigration services. /li liYou take a leading and proactive role in business development by spotting opportunities in the market (through your growing business network), driving project proposals and leading client discussions. /li liYou contribute to thought leadership, service innovation and EY’s market reputation in the immigration services domain. /li liYou oversee the transformation of our operational service delivery model, including adoption of emerging technologies and digitalisation. /li liYou play a pivotal role in building relationships with internal and external relevant stakeholders, going from our global immigration network to immigration authorities and policy makers /li liYou act as a coach and mentor for our immigration team and empower managers and consultants to deliver exceptional client service. /li liYou will closely work together with your peers and other teams within our PAS department (HR Legal, Tax, Payroll, HR outsourcing and Reward teams) to serve as a one stop shop for clients in the global mobility space. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pYou have/are: /p ul liA Master’s degree, preferably in Law or Economics. /li liAt least 10+ years of experience in advising multinational organizations on immigration matters, and relevant leadership experience. /li liAn entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in business development /li liA strong knowledge of Belgian, European and global immigration legislation and practices. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch or French. /li liA people‑centric leader, strong communicator and motivator with an interest in working in a multidisciplinary environment. /li liStrong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context. /li /ul h3What’s In It For You /h3 ul libEY Family /b– you become part of the EY Family providing you with all the necessary skills, training and opportunities; enabling you to grow to your fullest potential. /li libAttractive remuneration package /b- We offer an attractive remuneration package; including a company car and charging card, iPhone plus subscription, health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers, and eco vouchers.
