Your Role As a Business Analyst, you will lead endtoend analysis and change initiatives that improve processes, systems, and organizations. You will collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to translate business goals into tangible outcomes—combining process thinking, data insights, and change adoption
Discovery & analysis
perform data analysis; Business case & metrics
Work with project/product teams (Agile or hybrid); contribute to test plans, UAT, and cutover readiness.
Support training, communication, and stakeholder readiness to ensure adoption and sustained value.
Exposure to Jira/Confluence, Miro/Visio, Power BI, and solid Excel (SQL basics are a plus).
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or Information Systems .
~2–6 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Process Analyst, or Consultant.
~ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Fluent in Dutch and/or French ; professional level of English .
