We're looking for a
UX Service Designer NL
to join one of our clients' teams.

What are your responsibilities?
* Design and deliver
user-centered service experiences
across web and app environments.
* Analyze and map
end-to-end user journeys, ecosystems, and service blueprints
to identify pain points and opportunities.
* Conduct and synthesize
user research
(interviews, usability testing, audits, benchmarks, data analysis).
* Facilitate
ideation workshops and design sprints
with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Translate insights into
clear deliverables
: journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and service concepts.
* Ensure alignment between
user needs, business objectives, KPIs, and technical constraints
.
* Promote
Design Thinking
and foster collaboration across teams.
What are we looking for?
* 5+ years of experience
in Service Design, Business Design, or UX-related roles.
* Strong expertise in
journey mapping, service blueprinting, and user research methods
.
* Ability to turn complex problems into
clear, actionable design solutions
.
* Comfortable facilitating workshops and aligning
multiple stakeholders
.
* Proficient with
Miro (or equivalent) and Figma
.
* Experience working in
Agile or iterative environments
.
* Native in
Dutch
, with a good command of
English
. French is a big plus.
* Autonomous, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
