About the job
As an HR Administrator & Recruiter, you’ll take on a key dual role, supporting both the operational side of HR and the recruitment needs of a dynamic hospitality organization. You’ll ensure smooth HR processes, accurate administration, and efficient recruitment to help build and sustain a motivated workforce.
Your Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
• Manage day-to-day HR administration, including follow-up on sick leave (liaising with mutualities), payroll support in collaboration with SD Worx, and validation of expense reports.
• Oversee practical HR operations such as blocking fuel cards during long-term absences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data using Afas software and the company’s extranet.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for both permanent roles and our flexible staffing pool.
• Draft and post job advertisements, coordinate with business partners and clients to refine job descriptions.
• Conduct initial CV screenings, language assessments, and motivation calls.
• Organize online assessments Microsoft Teams, working closely with behavioral psychologists to review results.
• Conduct in-person interviews, present top candidates to clients, and manage feedback and selection decisions.
• Prepare employment contracts and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
About the ideal candidate
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys balancing administrative precision with people-focused recruitment activities.
You’ll bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, tools, and Belgian employment legislation.
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or service-driven environment.
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Fluency in Dutch and French (English is an asset).
• Familiarity with SD Worx and Afas software is considered a strong plus.
