As the Business Reporting Specialist Europe, you will be the heart of our planning and reporting processes. You will turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, that inform network strategies, operational execution and budgeting decisions. You will be responsible for developing dashboards, improving reporting processes and building the foundation for advanced planning and analytics capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage reporting for S&OP long-term and weekly short-term planning.
2. Support budget preparation, ad-hoc analyses and reporting.
3. Create “one source of truth” reporting dashboards to monitor performance against order fulfillment goals (i.e. OT trends, volumes & shipments versus forecast)
4. Transform raw data from multiple systems (JDE, databases) into actionable business insights.
5. Build advanced analytics tolls and dashboards to enable holistic, cross-functional analyses.
6. Map business goals to data requirements and recommend solutions for data gaps.
7. Communicate insights and recommendations to internal and external partners at all levels, from operational teams to senior management.
Master recherché
8. You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree preferably with focus on supply chain, planning or business analytics.
9. You have at least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or in business finance reporting/analysis in support of supply chain.
10. You are a Power BI expert, you have profound knowledge of JDE processes and databases and your Excel skills are advanced.
11. Your strong analytical skills enable you to turn complex data into actionable insights.
12. With your excellent written and verbal communications skills, you can clearly convey information to diverse audiences.
13. You like working with cross-functional teams and with external partners.
14. You communicate fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
