What You'll do
1. Two-year program focused on professional and personal development
2. One-month intensive training: courses, workshops, on-the-job learning
3. First 12 months: Account Manager in Belgium or Luxembourg
4. Gain hands-on experience with customers, products, services, and software
5. Develop key soft skills for your career
6. Next 4 months: Account Manager + strategic engineering project (~20% time)
7. Support clients with anchor, installation & firestop calculations
8. Contribute to digital marketing projects (., webinars)
9. Final 4 months: Junior Project/Field Engineer (~40% time)
10. Apply learned skills on projects and customer groups
11. Landing position: Field Engineer (2–3 years minimum)
12. Combine fieldwork (visits, presentations, demos) with technical calculations
13. Collaborate with Sales teams to grow customer base
What You’ll Bring
14. You recently graduated or are about to graduate with an Engineering degree.
15. You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
16. You have up to 2 years of professional experience
17. You’ve been active beyond your studies and can demonstrate leadership potential
18. You are mature, assertive and committed to developing your career, with strong communication skills
19. You describe yourself as flexible, proactive and solution-oriented
20. You are ambitious and ideally open to relocating nationally or internationally in the future
