We work with leading clients across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, including KBC, BNP Paribas Fortis, Degroof Petercam, Elia, Ores, and others.
We’re now looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to help structure our brand, tell our story, and generate visibility and growth.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Communication
* Define and execute the company’s global communication strategy (corporate, digital, talent, product)
* Ensure consistent positioning across all business lines: consulting, training, product
* Manage the tone, visual identity, and brand messaging across all platforms
Content Creation
* Write and design original, high-quality content in English and French: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, newsletters, videos, case studies, internal spotlights
* Produce or coordinate multimedia formats (videos, visuals, podcasts)
* Highlight our team members, client missions, products, and training initiatives
Digital Marketing & Awareness
* Launch and manage targeted campaigns (email, social, events, automation)
* Support the sales team with relevant materials: pitch decks, landing pages, client presentations
* Maintain and improve our website content (CMS, SEO, structure)
* Track key performance metrics (traffic, reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize accordingly
Employer Branding & Talent Content
* Promote our company culture and career opportunities
* Create assets to support talent acquisition (videos, social proof, internal testimonials)
* Support recruitment through strong positioning and visibility of our ecosystem
Tooling & Operations
* Use modern tools to structure and automate workflows (Notion, CRM, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
* Leverage GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gemini, etc.) to improve content velocity and outreach efficiency
* Create dashboards and performance reports
Your Profile
Skills & Experience
* Full working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
* Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone to different audiences
* Proficient with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) and digital platforms (LinkedIn, CMS, mailing tools)
* Interest or experience in the worlds of B2B tech, consulting, SaaS, or startups
Mindset & Personality
* Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and structured
* Creative but data-driven
* Comfortable switching between branding, commercial, and recruitment-related topics
* Curious, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Background
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (final year / L3) or Master’s program in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields (Mandatory)
* Previous experience or academic projects related to content creation, digital marketing, or branding (Preferred)
* A strong writing portfolio or examples of past content (posts, articles, campaigns, videos...) (Preferred)
* Good knowledge of tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, Notion, or similar (Mandatory)
