We are looking for a Communications Coordinator who thrives in a high-end, international and entrepreneurial environment. As our Communications Coordinator you will ensure Ressence’s brand narrative is told consistently and with impact across every touchpoint with our community. This role goes beyond managing social media posts: you will help create a cohesive, immersive experience that reflects our identity and values.

You are someone who loves to shape stories, spot trends, and make extraordinary things happen. A thinker and a doer, creative yet pragmatic, with a natural sense of style and a keen eye for detail. You’ll work closely with our leadership, turning strategy into lived experience, ensuring Ressence speaks with one voice - inspiring, and unmistakably ours.

This role is based in Antwerp. We ask that applicants are able to work from our office.

Your role

You will orchestrate communications across social media, newsletters, website, PR, and retail marketing, blending planning with execution, and ensuring every channel conveys our story with clarity, style, and consistency. This includes building and executing social media plans, maintaining content calendars, aligning visuals, and making sure all initiatives reflect the Ressence identity, values, and tone of voice.

* Social & Community: curate content, manage calendars, and bring our tone of voice to life. Engage with our audience and nurture a consistent brand storytelling across all channels, both digitally and in real life. Track performance and refine strategies, staying alert and responsive to trends and opportunities.
* Content & Editorial: own the content calendar, brief and liaise with creators, coordinate assets, and capture the pulse of launches, events, and campaigns.
* PR & Media: work with our PR partners, manage press assets, track coverage, and organise press loans, assist with follow-up and reporting.
* Website & Journey: update and refine our digital presence, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and aligned with our narrative. Balance seamless customer experience with e-shop performance, driving both engagement and conversion
* Retail Marketing: support our international network with high-quality communication tools and visuals. Analyse and improve our digital presence on our retailers’ channels. Keep sales materials up-to-date.

What you bring

* Experience: around 5 years’ experience in communications, social media, or related fields. Ideally within the luxury, design, high-end fashion or art sectors.
* Story-driven: strong sense for visual storytelling and brand consistency. Able to engage communities and capture the brand’s essence across channels, keeping narratives sharp, engaging, and unmistakably Ressence.
* Content curator: skilled at curating content that reflects our culture and aesthetic, ensuring tone, quality, and narrative flow. Comfortable writing short copy and briefing creative assets.
* Execution-oriented: proactive, agile, organised and hands-on: you don’t just plan or think, you make things happen, while remaining comfortable working under deadlines without compromising on quality.
* Cultural Curiosity: a cultivated person, curious, well-read and well-informed, with a genuine passion for design, art, architecture, music, film, fashion, and ideas.
* Networked & Global mindset: naturally at ease in international settings, with a strong sense of global cultural currents. A forward-looking mindset.
* Collaborative yet independent: an enthusiastic team player with initiative, comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial team.
* Taste & detail: sensitivity to high-end/luxury standards, strong visual eye, and an instinct for what feels right, with a natural sense of style.
