We are a consulting agency working with a large international client in the pharmaceutical sector and we are currently looking for an IT Functional Analyst to support digital/web initiatives.
This is a full-time freelance position, starting ASAP in January, with an initial 6-month contract, and a strong possibility to extend until the end of the year.
Location: Brussels (hybrid – on-site presence required)
Your Role
As an IT Functional Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will translate business needs into clear functional specifications and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions (mainly web and CMS-based platforms).
* Gathering and analysing business requirements
* Translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories
* Working closely with product owners, architects, and development teams
* Supporting implementation, testing (UAT), and delivery
* Facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment
* Ensuring documentation quality and consistency
* Contributing to continuous improvement of digital processes
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Functional Analyst
* Strong experience with web platforms and CMS (Contenful or headless CMS is a plus)
* Comfortable working in agile or hybrid environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is required
* Fluent in English
Contract Details
* Freelance – Full time

* Duration: 6 months (extension until year-end possible)
* On-site: 1 to 2 days per week in Brussels
