Our client is on a mission to expand their IAM department, keeping millions of users secure, compliant and efficient. They’re seeking an experienced IAM Application Engineer to join their international Security tribe and elevate their One Identity environment to the next level.
Why This Role Matters
As the go-to expert for IAM operations, you’ll ensure robust access controls, streamline provisioning processes - directly impacting the security posture of a major financial services group.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer & configure One Identity Manager (1IM) landscapes and integrated identity services
• Perform system maintenance, operational tasks and performance tuning
• Analyze incidents and lead problem/change processes for IAM services
• Manage cloud infrastructure hosting IAM solutions
• Maintain and update IAM process documentation in Jira, Confluence/Wiki
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent expertise
• 5+ years in system administration and IT operations
• Hands-on with IGA tools (One Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock or similar)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana & CI/CD pipelines
• Solid Windows & Linux server administration skills
• Networking know-how: DNS, TCP/IP and related technologies
• MS-SQL database experience and strong AD/Entra ID knowledge
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Comfortable in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
