As a successful Account Manager / Field Sales - Oral &Dental products - West Flanders province, you will have the following responsibilities:
Sales:
* Drive sales in the West-Flanders province through effective sales and strategy development.
* Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry: dentists, dental & oral specialists, oral hygienists, pharmacists and hospitals.
* Deliver excellent customer service to maintain company reputation.
* Continually strive to meet and exceed predefined sales targets in order to actively contribute to the company growth.
Products representation:
* Promote the dental products to health professionals in the West-Flanders province.
* Organize training and information sessions to share products features, advantages and innovation to dentists, dental & oral specialists, oral hygienists, pharmacists and hospitals.
* Continually update knowledge on product range and competitors within the dental sector.
Analysis and reporting:
* Ensure regular reports and analysis of our activities through the CRM tool.
* Provide feedback and reports to the Sales department on market trends and customer needs.
* Analyze the performance of the West-Flanders region and propose growing actions plan.
As a successful Account Manager / Field Sales - Oral &Dental products - West Flanders province, you have the following profile:
* At least a Bachelor degree in the scientific field.
* At least a first experiences as a Medical representative within the healthcare industry.
* Previous experience in selling Dental products is a plus.
* A keen interest in the Dental sector, with a commitment to continually updating their knowledge.
* A passion for the healthcare sector and a drive to improve health and wellness.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - You are proactive and persuasive.
* Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
* The ability to be autonomous and to work independently.
* You are located in the West-Flanders province.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
