Service Delivery Manager Location: Language requirement: Dutch Ability to lead operations team (Infrastructure & Application). Representing TCS in Management Committee & Steering Committee meetings. Supporting Sales / Solutions team in the RFP (Contract Renewal) process. Supporting Operations team in reducing P1 Incidents. Mapping of services with Application Metal Class. Should have working experience with Business and IT Operations team. Knowledge and understanding of Application / Infrastructure, ITIL Process. Ability to lead and manage Major Incidents. Service Delivery Management / IT Operations. Experience of ITIL processes managing a large team covering both IT Applications and IT Infrastructure. Knowledge on IT Operations (Application & Infrastructure Support).
