Project Manager QC Lab Equipment & Systems
Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic projects within the QC Lab Equipment & Systems department.
#128269; Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the systems roadmap for QC, ensuring successful delivery of the following initiatives and managing all interdependencies:
LES (Laboratory Execution System): Lifecycle management of existing methods, development of new methods, etc.
EUA: Transfer of all Excel calculation sheets
DPM: Data Process Mapping
Invalid Reduction Initiative
Empower Upgrade

Ensure timely delivery of all activities according to the QC systems roadmap
Identify and escalate risks promptly
Maintain and follow up on action logs
Lead governance meetings with project and business teams
Manage progress reporting and communication across stakeholders
#128161; Required Experience & Skills
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: LES, EUA, and/or DPM
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in risk management and issue tracking
Ability to work in a GMP environment
Proven Project Management experience (mandatory)
Soft Skills
Highly organized and structured, able to manage multiple priorities in parallel
Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to escalate issues effectively and promptly
Excellent communication skills (influencing, facilitation, and ability to engage at all organizational levels)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
