Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're looking for a HR Business Partner to support two leadership teams across sterile and pharma production departments (approx. Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to senior leaders.
Manage complex employee relations, including union matters and operator conflicts.
Collaborate with HR Ops, Learning, and Talent Acquisition teams.
8+ years HRBP experience in a manufacturing environment (blue-collar focus).
~ Fluent French and good English.
~ Pharma experience is a plus, but not essential.
