If you're interested in joining a fast-growing cleantech venture on a journey to accelerate the global transition to clean energy, read on!ResponsibilitiesSales strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to grow charger unit sales and recurring revenue. Set ambitious targets across multiple channels. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team. Create robust sales processes. Drive forecasting accuracy and analyze market performance for continuous improvement.Market expansion & key relationships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships, manage high-value accounts, build relationships with stakeholders across the EV ecosystem, and monitor the competitive landscape.Cross-functional collaboration & commercial enablement: Work with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure market-aligned offerings, scalable delivery, and data-driven decision-making. Align sales goals with broader company objectives.Who you areLeadership-driven: Proven experience leading and motivating teams to exceed targets. Strong communication skills.Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.Values-driven: Embody core values of speed, bravery, ownership, transparency. Inspire collaboration.Industry Expert: Passion for sustainability, EVs, energy markets, or smart charging.Bilingual: Fluency in English and Dutch.Strong Communicator: Capable of simplifying complex technical information.Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.Required ExperienceProven senior leadership experience in energy, mobility, or cleantech sectors.Ability to build relationships with partners, customers, stakeholders.Experience scaling operations, expanding into new markets, leading business development.Deep understanding of the Belgium market landscape.Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, Odoo is a plus.Experience managing sales pipelines, KPIs, and performance improvement.BenefitsJoin a fast-growing, innovative scale-up passionate about sustainability.
