Responsibilities
1. Manage and process applications through Tenforce
2. Review and monitor social documentation
3. Schedule mandatory safety video sessions for incoming staff and contractors
4. Add and manage supplier information in internal systems
5. Coordinate and book logistics including loads and deliveries
6. Place and track purchase orders
7. Handle Checkin@Work registrations
8. Review, validate, and register working hours
Requirements
9. Proven experience in project administration or site secretarial support
10. Familiarity with Tenforce and Checkin@Work is a strong advantage
11. Excellent organizational and communication skills
12. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
13. Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
