What You'll Do
* Build and manage client relationships across the Benelux IT sector
* Source, interview and place top technical talent
* Negotiate contracts and close deals that generate direct revenue (billings)
* Achieve personal sales targets and earn commission on every successful placement
* Collaborate within a high energy, supportive team that celebrates success together
What We Offer
* Transparent, uncapped commission structure. The more you bill, the more you earn
* Year 1 OTE: €55,000 to €60,000
* Year 2 OTE: €85,000 to €90,000
* Year 3 OTE: €125,000 to €130,000 plus (top performers exceed €200k)

What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Dutch: professional working proficiency preferred (for client interaction)
* English: professional proficiency required (for internal collaboration and training)
* Resilient, ambitious and motivated by performance based success
* A background in sales, recruitment or a people oriented field is a plus, but not required. We will train you!
