Your Role
As an
HR Assistant / HR Officer
, you are the backbone of our HR department. You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so that our employees can focus on what they do best: delivering quality and growing.
What You'll Do for our Belgian affiliates
* Personnel Administration: Manage contracts, certificates, and employee files with precision.
* Payroll Support: Ensure accurate data and collaborate with our payroll partner.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Be the first point of contact for candidates and ensure a warm welcome.
* Training & Development: Assist with training plans and track certifications.
* HR Reporting: Prepare analyses and reports that help us grow.
* Employee Experience: Act as a trusted contact and contribute to a positive work culture.
Who You Are
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
* You are administratively strong, discreet, and communicative.
* You have knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
* You are proficient in MS Office and HR tools.
* You are proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player.
