For one of our clients, Hays is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to help them drive finance transformation initiatives for their Screens businesses.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading the optimization of financial processes specifically for businesses in Belgium and France.
* Managing a high-performance finance team.
* Driving the implementation of automation tools and digital reporting solutions.
* Overseeing central reporting, budgeting cycles, and monthly performance reviews.
* Managing pricing, savings, capex, and revenue management processes.
* Ensuring standardization of accounting procedures and audit readiness across entities.
* Acting as a key business partner to the Commercial GM, Division Leadership, and local Operations.
* You'll report directly to the Finance Director.
What we're looking for:
* A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Experience in process improvement and automation, particularly with multiple ERPs and coding (e.g., SQL, VBA).
* 7–10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a transformation-focused environment.
* Strong proficiency in financial systems (Navision, Sage, Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, automation tools, Oracle).
* Proven experience in leading transitions or restructuring projects.
* Excellent communication and change management skills.
* Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong process mindset, advocating for automation.
