Overview
You will join Jan De Nul Group's ICT team, which builds, maintains, and supports the ICT infrastructure and applications used on board vessels, at construction sites, and in offices. The goal is to provide professional ICT solutions that give end users a pleasant and stable working environment.
Your Role: As a Software Support Engineer, you analyze software-related questions from users worldwide and quickly and efficiently find solutions.
Responsibilities
* You contribute to the projects of the systems group and assist the Technical Support Engineers with software installations.
* You collaborate with the first-line service desk and with our developers.
* You occasionally provide training sessions for end users.
Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science and have at least 4 years of experience in a support role. You are communicative, fluent in Dutch and English, and have an affinity with business processes. You are interested in software development, but even more in solving users\' problems.
