We're looking for a Retention & CRM Manager to own Weekendesk's retention engine across all markets.

Based in Barcelona, reporting to the CMO. The CRM function is yours to build.

🚀 The Role

You'll be Weekendesk's first dedicated CRM leader, accountable for repeat revenue, customer lifetime value, and the full lifecycle experience across all countries.

Today the team is one person. Your job is to lead them, grow the function, and make CRM a real growth lever for the business.


KPIs You'll Own

* Repeat booking rate & CLTV
* CRM revenue contribution
* Automation coverage & journey maturity
* Engagement across channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp)



🛠 What You'll Do

Set the strategy

* Define the CRM & retention vision across all markets
* Own the segmentation logic: new bookers, repeat, VIP, lapsed
* Build the measurement framework: LTV, cohorts, churn signals
* Own the CRM tech stack (currently Insider) and its roadmap

Activate and optimize

* Design and scale automated journeys: onboarding, abandoned booking, re-engagement, win-back
* Build retention programs with real commercial impact: loyalty, referrals, early access
* Lead omnichannel orchestration (email, push, onsite, SMS, WhatsApp)
* Own the A/B testing framework, structured and insight-driven
* Bring AI into the workflow: copy, personalization, prediction, testing

Analyze and know your customer

* Track and report CRM performance: open rates, conversion, repeat rate, LTV by cohort
* Develop customer knowledge: purchase behavior, product combinations, persona definition
* Work with Data to build predictive models: churn scoring, repeat propensity, lifetime value
* Ensure clean, structured and enriched customer data across all markets

Lead and collaborate

* Manage one CRM specialist today, with room to grow as the function scales
* Partner with the retention squad (Product & Tech) to align CRM with product experience
* Work with Data to move from campaign metrics to true LTV measurement
* Interface with the Marketing team to integrate CRM into 360 campaigns



🙋 What We're Looking For

* 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in e-commerce or travel
* Scale-up experience is a strong plus 🚀
* Equally comfortable setting the strategy and getting things done
* Strong data instincts: metrics, dashboards, segmentation, LTV thinking
* Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech and Data
* Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Insider or equivalent)
* Fluent across the full channel mix: email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, onsite
* AI-curious and already using it in your day-to-day 🤖
* Clear communicator, warm brand voice, high bar on content quality
