As the Truck Head of Network, Middle Office and Procurement : You will be responsible for leading the Network team and strategy, securing pan European coverage, cost control and high level of service in line with Partners expectations as well as Outsourced Call center contract management to allow 24/7 coverage on 26 languages. You will actively contribute to the definition of the product portfolio and associated business model to serve profitable growth and customer satisfaction You will be responsible for leading the Middle Office team, driving the performance of all sell-in / sell-out activities in compliance with European legislation As part of the EBTS integration, you will also be a major actor of the Network and Middle Office integration of teams, tools and reportings, in order to achieve the integration business plan. As Procurement head, you will be responsible of the 12 sites procurement to ensure smooth day to day operations.
What you'll be doing:
EBTS Integration
* Build and implement the plan to deliver the synergies planned at acquisition
* Lead the integration of EBTS within the Network & Middle Office stream: integration of tools and teams,
* Build and implement the Network strategy, leveraging from volume effect, developing optimal balance between generalists and specialized network, establishment of the monitoring tools
* Develop cross competence in Moldova Middle Office and Network administration activities
Transformation
* Be the PONM Domain lead, in charge of delivering eCare project on TAI scope by mid 2026 : digital missioning, OCC access to eCare, International case management, Provider base integration, Sell-in / sell-out
* Secure construction of the Network and Middle Office monitoring tools in line with the company Data strategy.
* Define the roadmap towards increased digitalisation with the provider base and within our Network and Middle Office activities to contribute to profitable growth : digital when possible, human when it matters.
Strategy
* Lead the Network strategy to secure competitive average costs per service, optimize repair on spot, reach customer satisfaction
* Contribute to Operations strategy to reduce Claim Handling Cost and customers SLA, by selecting the best possible network of providers and OCC, and through close collaboration to ensure seamless flows with Outsourced Call Centers and Providers
* Contribute to the Pneumatic product portfolio and business model allowing to secure profitable growth with Network pricing strategy
* Redefine the target operating model for both Middle Office and Network administration activities : tools and processes, automation and digitalization.
Procurement
* Define the Global and Local procurement responsibilities on the 8 sites
* Lead the local procurement and secure coordination with AP Holding corporate function to enable optimal functioningl
Sustainability
* Monitoring of the provider CO2 emission and its reduction through increased Repair on Spot, Network capillarity and environmentally friendly transport solutions.
* Prepare the provider network to energy transition
People Management
* Lead and motivate a team of approximately 35 full-time employees, ensuring appropriate deployment of resources and matching competencies to requirements.
* Develop effective development plans for employees to enhance their performance and empower the teams.
* Proactively lead change management projects, unite teams around a strategic vision, and embark the teams in the transformation journey for best execution and delivery.
What you'll bring:
* Strong knowledge of the assistance or network management sector, with significant project management experience.
* Management experience.
* Strong business acumen, understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into action, with a problem-solving approach that extends beyond one's own area of expertise.
* Excellent communication, persuasion, and consensus-building skills.
* Ability to work in a multicultural and complex environment
* Fluency in English and French. Spanish is a plus.
