Job Description
As part of our growing IT organization (150+ people), we are seeking a Senior Business/Functional Analyst to support the automation of social security processes for self-employed individuals. Working in a bilingual environment and Agile/Scrum methodology, you will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
Your key missions will include:
* Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
* Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
* Supporting End-to-End testing and validating technical solutions.
* Contributing to process optimization and automation initiatives.
* Participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* 5+ years experience as a business/functional analyst.
* 3+ years experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
Technical Skills
* Confirmed: BPMN, UML, SQL, Sparx Enterprise Architect, XML, web services, End-to-End testing support.
* Junior: API analysis (REST/SOAP), database modeling (relational & logical).
