Customer Service Representative – French Speaker
Location: Braga, Portugal (On-site)

Job Description:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Native or C2-level French (mandatory)
* Valid EU ID
* Right to work in Portugal
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Availability to work on-site in Braga
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00
* Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 13:00 (rotational)
* 2 days off per week (rotational)
Salary & Benefits:
* Base Salary: €880 (paid over 14 months)
* Performance Bonus: €168 (paid over 12 months)
* Complexity Bonus: Not applicable
* Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
* Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months
* Paid Holidays: 22 days per year
Additional Information:
* Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year (subject to attendance conditions)
