Job Summary
As an IT technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and end-users in our organization. Your primary tasks will include attending regular meetings with client leadership, working efficiently with their ticketing system, and resolving incidents and requests according to SLA's.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Attend periodical meetings with the client leadership to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
* Work properly with the client's ticketing system, dealing with incidents and requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
* Giving priority to VIP cases and high-priority cases pointed out by the client's leadership.
* Cooperate with the client's teams in the resolution of local cases.
* Support remote users by providing them with timely assistance and guidance.
