ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client an Operational Security Engineer(F/M/X)
Context
The client operates within an Agile IT environment, where teams are empowered to manage their own technical scope. The role is part of the IT Security Production Tribe, within the IAM Technologies squad, collaborating with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and group-level security entities. The squad is responsible for identity and access management services, including access provisioning, authentication, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
Objective
The objective of this role is to provide 2nd and 3rd line security support, ensure the operational stability of IAM-related applications, and contribute to risk reduction, security monitoring, and compliance activities. The role also involves supporting cloud migration initiatives, improving documentation, and strengthening security processes across the IAM domain.
Responsibilities
IAM Operations and Security Support
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for IAM-related applications and services.
• Manage access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and recertification processes.
• Support privileged access management (PAM) and non-standard access rights management.
• Ensure proper execution of IAM workflows and reconciliation processes.
Application and Infrastructure Management
• Manage the lifecycle of IAM-related applications.
• Support applications based on Windows OS, SQL Server, Java, .NET, PHP/JavaScript, and scripting tools.
• Maintain and configure security monitoring tools.
Security Monitoring and Incident Management
• Perform security monitoring and analysis of events, incidents, and problems.
• Handle security incidents related to authentication, authorization, and vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to incident response and resolution activities.
Risk and Vulnerability Management
• Identify, assess, and manage security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Take necessary actions to mitigate and close identified risks.
• Contribute to vulnerability management processes and remediation plans.
Audit, Compliance and Documentation
• Contribute to audit campaigns, control plans, and compliance activities.
• Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation, including:
o Standard operating procedures.
o Audit evidence documentation.
o End-user and helpdesk documentation.
• Support regulatory initiatives and recovery exercises (e.g., disaster recovery, critical asset recovery).
Cloud and Infrastructure Transformation
• Contribute to the migration of assets to the group cloud infrastructure.
• Support security aspects of infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
• Provide reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
Profile
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity Operations.
• Proven experience in IAM environments and security operations support.

• Single Sign-On (SSO).
