Your responsibilities
6. Handle end-to-end payroll for multiple Belgian companies (tool flexible – SD Worx or similar).
7. Prepare and manage employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and social documents.
8. Administer and monitor employee benefits (insurance, mobility, etc.) and contribute to their continuous improvement.
9. Ensure legal compliance with Belgian labor and social legislation.
10. Support the digitalization and optimization of HR processes and documentation.
11. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (finance, legal, operations).
The ideal profile
12. 3 to 7 years of experience in payroll and/or HR administration.
13. Experience with a payroll provider or subsidiary is a strong asset (multi-client, fast-paced context).
14. Bilingual French/Dutch (oral and written) – essential for communication across entities.
15. Proactive, detail-oriented, and structured.
16. Comfortable working autonomously while being a strong team player.
17. Curious and eager to evolve in a context of growth and continuous change.
