As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming and harmonizing asset management processes to:

You will:
* Design and optimize business processes end-to-end
* Capture business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements
* Act as a bridge between business and IT (functional analysts, architects, PMs)
* Challenge stakeholders to deliver pragmatic and future-proof solutions
* Support the development, rollout, and maintenance of IT tools
* Actively contribute to change management and user adoption
📊 Key Project Focus – Asset Reference Systems
You will support digitalisation initiatives including:
* Centralisation of asset reference data
* (overhead lines, underground cables, substations)
* Data migration from legacy systems
* Enterprise-wide data availability through data products
📌 Key Tasks
* Model as-is and to-be processes (BPMN)
* Translate needs into:
* Epics
* Features
* User stories
* Develop business information models
* (interfaces, screens, reports, migrations)
* Align and validate requirements with IT
* Validate functional analyses
* Support testing & UAT
* Create training materials and deliver end-user training
* Support users post go-live
🎓 Your Profile
Education & Experience
* Master’s degree (technical or economic) or equivalent experience
* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
