That's where you come in.We're looking for aMedior Revenue Operations Specialistto own and optimize ourlead sourcing, HubSpot configuration, and go-to-market workflows. You'll be the backbone of our sales & marketing motion — making sure the right leads reach the right people, with the right tools, at the right time.This is a role for someone who lovesturning complexity into clarity: streamlining processes, improving data accuracy, and ensuring our GTM teams are laser-focused on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Around20% of your time will be dedicated to process improvements and ops projects, giving you the space to innovate and make a real impact.What you'll doOwn and optimize inbound & outbound lead sourcing workflows (ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)Ensure automated lead sourcing is used at full potential to meet SAO targetsAct as the HubSpot owner: optimize pipelines, lifecycle stages, automations, and reporting while safeguarding data integrityBuild & maintain dashboards to track lead lifecycle, MQL quality, and campaign performanceCoordinate campaign execution by aligning clean target lists, prepared content, and cross-team collaborationMonitor attribution and source-to-pipeline conversion rates, ensuring efficient lead routing and follow-upIdentify gaps in processes, tools, or handoffs and propose improvements (e.g., scoring logic, market coverage audits)Collaborate directly with AEs and the Sales Manager to drive ICP focus and process adoptionWhat you bring5+ years in RevOps, MarketingOps, or GTM enablementProven hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM)Familiarity with lead sourcing tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.)Strong understanding of B2B lead lifecycle & GTM workflowsData-driven mindset with experience in reporting/dashboardingHighly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-drivenComfortable working independently while keeping stakeholders alignedWhy join us?Work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Operations, directly shaping our growth engineTake ownership of processes, tools, and projects with real impact on revenue performanceHybrid work setup with flexibility to balance focus and collaborationA collaborative, ambitious team that values innovation and continuous improvement Does this sound like your next challenge?
