Superbowl is a fast-growing food brand with a big ambition: boost our visibility, improve our marketing execution (visuals/menus), and above all develop a real corporate segment (meetings, team lunches, events, partnerships).
Your mission
* You take ownership of a hybrid marketing + sales role:
* grow our social media (and convert it into sales),
* produce/supervise our visuals & menus,
* launch and structure our B2B business (prospecting → meetings → quotes → closing → recurring accounts).
* Goal: measurable B2C growth + a solid, profitable B2B pipeline.
Your responsibilities
Social media & content (B2C) (40% of your time)
* Build and execute an editorial calendar (weekly/monthly): Instagram + TikTok (Facebook if useful).
* Produce content: reels, stories, carousels, UGC, behind-the-scenes, new items, best-sellers.
* Community management: replies, moderation.
* Set up growth mechanics: collaborations, micro-influencers, UGC, giveaways/contests (if relevant).
* Maintain brand consistency: tone, style, simple guidelines.
Visuals, menus & sales assets (35% of your time)
* Create and update menus (print + digital).
* Create reusable templates (stories, posts, menus, promos).
* In-store signage / promo materials / product visuals.
* Collaborate with operations: new items, seasonality, pricing.
Corporate business development (B2B) (20% of your time)
* Build the corporate offer: packages (meeting / lunch / event), pricing, terms, timing, delivery, invoicing.
* Prospect targets: offices, coworking spaces, agencies, event organizers, hotels, etc.
* Set up a pipeline, follow-up sequences, tracking.
* Retain clients: recurring accounts, upsell, long-term partnerships.
KPIs & management (5% of your time)
* Track KPIs: reach/engagement, clicks, DMs/leads, conversion, B2C/B2B revenue, B2B recurrence.
* Weekly reporting (simple): what's working / what's blocking / action plan.
Your profile
* You can create content quickly and cleanly: Canva + CapCut; InDesign is a plus.
* You have a real sales mindset: prospecting + follow-up + closing.
* You're autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable "in the field."
* You know how to organize yourself: planning, priorities, deadlines.
* Experience in horeca/food/retail, catering or events.
* French/English, Dutch is a plus.
