Description
* You manage, advise, and expand your own client portfolio;
* You welcome and onboard new clients into the pension management services;
* You develop and implement marketing strategies for pension fund services;
* You work closely with internal specialists from various fields;
* You identify and report on market developments, opportunities, and risks;
* You build and maintain strong internal and external networks.
Your profile
* Holds a master's degree;
* Has proven experience in the pension fund industry and/or the insurance sector;
* Is fluent in Dutch and has a good working knowledge of both French and English;
* Has experience with a consultative sales approach;
* Possesses strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills;
* Is analytically minded and comfortable working with numbers;
* Is customer-focused and a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a robust network.
Offer
* Monthly salary indication: € 5001 - € 6500
* A net salary between €240 and €280;
* Includes an electric car (BEV) as part of the total compensation package.
