Rôles & Responsabilités
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Payments team. The Business Analyst would play a key role in the development of payment solutions in global markets, working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and optimize processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with product owners, operations, and technical teams to ensure payments solutions are developed to meet business needs.
2. Conduct thorough business analysis to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
3. Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all teams.
4. Conduct gap analysis, manage testing phases, and troubleshoot defects to ensure smooth implementation.
5. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track actions for project stakeholders.
Profil
6. At least 3 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within payments, treasury, or finance.
7. Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, treasury, or a related field, or equivalent experience in payments.
8. Fluency in English, French and Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Proficiency in conceptual modeling techniques and MS Office, with a solid understanding of IS and testing is a plus.
10. A structured approach to problem-solving with attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.
11. Knowledge of agile methodologies and workflow processes is an asset.
