Our Benelux office in Mechelen delivers sales, training, and after‑sales engineering support for installers, partners, and end users.
As our portfolio expands (PV, hybrid systems, BESS, EV charging, monitoring apps…), we are looking for a technically curious, analytical support Specialist who enjoys problem‑solving, data interpretation, and customer interaction.
Your Responsibilities
You will be part of the first‑line/second‑line engineering support team:
Technical Support & Diagnostics
* Provide support via phone, ticketing and chat
* Diagnose issues related to PV inverters, hybrid inverters, battery systems, and EV chargers
* Analyse system behavior using PV production graphs, energy‑flow diagrams, SoC curves, logs, error codes
* Guide installers during system commissioning, configuration, and parameter setup
Connectivity & Communication
* Assist with Wi‑Fi/Ethernet/RS485 communication problems
* Support customers with cloud portals, monitoring apps, data logging, and firmware
Documentation & Collaboration
* Register all actions in Salesforce
* Create/update troubleshooting guides and knowledge‑base content
* Collaborate with our German engineering teams for complex escalations
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is both technically solid and comfortable with a high volume of technical information.
Languages
* Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French (spoken & written)
Technical Knowledge
* Good understanding of electricity basics (AC/DC), PV production, yield curves, storage behavior
* Ability to:
interpret graphs, logs, and system data
troubleshoot PV, hybrid, and battery systems
understand communication protocols
* A degree in electrotechnics, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience
* Experience in technical helpdesk, field engineering, or renewable energy support is a strong plus

* Able to handle technical complexity and continuous learning
* Stress-resistant, structured, reliable, and collaborative
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with: PV inverters / hybrid inverters and/or Battery storage (BESS) and/orEV chargers
* Knowledge of Belgian and Dutch grid standards
* Experience with installer monitoring platforms
* Familiarity with Modbus, data loggers, or IoT connectivity
