Odette Lunettes, the Belgian, Antwerp based, designer brand was created in 2015 by Belgian TV host Eline
De Munck & visual art director Bob Geraets. Odette Lunettes was born out of Eline's inspirational and
visionary search for the right eyewear, that matched both her personality and style. Being fashionable yet
wearable.
Odette Lunettes wants to change the way an eyewear lover, looks at the quest of finding the ideal design that represents personality and style. An Odette gives you the feeling of confidence, empowerment and fierceness. We aim to compose timeless design, with an edgy touch. So our eyewear will play an
important role in your style and presence.
Since 2015 Odette Lunettes has grown into a various community of end consumers, independent opticians,
sales agents and celebrities. Our glasses shine on faces of international stars as Jamie Foxx, Dua
Lipa, Angèle, Martin Solveig, the Kooks, Sean Penn and many more...
We grew from 20 independent opticians in Belgium in 2015 to an ever-growing network of independent
opticians in several European countries & beyond. We build our distribution together with sales agents, distributors and opticians in delicately chosen locations.
To further accelerate our growth in the DACH market, we are looking for an ambitious Account Manager with both hunter and farmer qualities.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager DACH at Odette Lunettes — perfect for someone who lives and breathes style.
In this role, you're not just managing accounts; you're curating the Odette Lunettes experience across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You bring our universe to life in every conversation you spark.
You'll nurture long-term relationships with our partners, discover fresh opportunities in unexpected places, and make sure our bold designs find their way to the right shelves and the right people. You'll move through the market with confidence and curiosity, always tuned in to what's happening in fashion, culture, and lifestyle.
Your responsibilities include crafting tailored proposals, negotiating win-win agreements, and keeping a close pulse on the market through accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts. In short: you'll play a key role in expanding the Odette Lunettes universe across the DACH region.

Qualifications
* Strong account management, customer relationship, and client servicing skills
* Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
* Analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and develop business strategies
* Experience working in sales or business development roles, preferably in fashion, retail, or a related industry
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
* Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting is an advantage
