German-Speaking Booking Agent (Relocation to Greece)
Are you fluent in German and looking for an international work opportunity in Europe?
We are currently recruiting German-speaking Booking Agents to join an international customer service team supporting travelers and partners worldwide. This position offers the chance to gain international experience while living and working in Greece.

Greece (relocation required)
What You Will Do
* Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications
* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging
* Handle payment questions, refunds, and complaints
* Provide information about services and property listings
* Support partner accounts and assist with Extranet-related questions
* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication in German and English
You will support both customers and partners (B2C & B2B) in a fast-paced travel and hospitality environment.
Requirements
* Native or C1 German
* English B2+
* Strong written communication skills
* Good PC skills (Windows, troubleshooting basics, keyboard shortcuts)
* Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems
* Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, or contact centers is a plus, but not required.
