What You’ll Do
1. Maintain a clean, sterile laboratory environment to support high-quality research.
2. Prepare workstations, tools, and materials with precision to ensure smooth lab operations.
3. Carry out routine support tasks with accuracy, strictly following all lab protocols.

We are looking for you if:
4. You live near Gent/Zwijnaarde or have reliable transportation.
5. Fluent in English, you thrive in teamwork and are eager to learn new skills.
6. You are accountable and motivated to make a difference in patient's lives.
7. Your attention to detail is unmatched.
8. Bonus points for familiarity with GMP standards, aseptic techniques, sterilization methods, and MS Office.

12. Work in a 3-shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all nine possible shifts:
13. 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shift.
14. We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
15. After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.
