If you also have a passion for Roland's products or music in general, you might just be our perfect match.Functieomschrijving ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:Create, implement, and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with EU, UK, and local laws.Perform regular checks and audits to identify gaps and take corrective action.Be the go-to person for advice and training on compliance, ensuring everyone understands the rules and maintains integrity.Monitor changes to European regulations and update processes to stay ahead.Collaborate with our head office team in Japan to ensure European operations meet all legal requirements.Serve as the main contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate reports and filings are submitted on time.Work closely with other departments, including customs, legal, finance, and operations to tackle compliance issues and implement necessary controls.IDentify potential breaches of compliance and take appropriate steps to address them.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will need:Specific Skills RequiredA degree in business, law, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred but not essential).
