What You’ll Do
1. Oversee day-to-day delivery of Customer Care and managed services
2. Ensure services meet SLAs, KPIs, and availability targets
3. Manage incidents, problems, and changes to maintain service stability
4. Act as escalation point and ensure timely resolution of issues
5. Support implementation of new service offerings and Build-to-Run transitions
6. Collaborate with teams on service strategy, roadmaps, and resource allocation
7. Lead service reviews and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
8. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
About You
9. Proven experience in IT Service Management, service delivery, or managed services
10. Knowledge of Run and Build environments; ITIL knowledge / certification is a plus
11. Strong technical awareness and ability to engage credibly in an IT context
12. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
13. Fluent in English and Dutch
14. Ownership, pragmatism, and a solution-focused mindset
15. Enjoys working closely with customers and delivering tangible results
