Zoetis is currently looking for a Digital Marketer based in our office in Zaventem (BE) or Capelle aan den IJssel (NL).

The Digital Marketer Benelux is a hands-on, data-driven professional who brings digital campaigns to life across the Benelux region. With a strong focus on execution, this role is responsible for delivering high-impact marketing initiatives, optimizing customer journeys, and leveraging marketing automation to drive engagement and results, primarily driven from Sales Force Marketing Cloud.

They manage end-to-end campaign delivery—from planning and asset creation to execution, tracking, and reporting—ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on target, and with measurable impact. The Digital Marketer uses insights and performance data to continuously improve digital activities and support the commercial team with effective tools and content.

With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing, they contribute directly to customer engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data-driven marketer, driving digital marketing campaigns & marketing automation initiatives
2. Extensive experience with paid marketing & marketing automation tools (Sales Force Marketing Cloud)
3. Comfortable in a data driven environment, analyzing the impact of marketing efforts and translating these learnings into action points for further digital initiatives
4. Executes brand’s online strategies & marketing plans, including paid media, media creation & cost management
5. Develops metrics and insights based on channel performance (result / investment)
6. Coordinates across Business Units and workstreams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness
7. Collaborates, develops and shares insights and best practices in channel execution across markets
8. Ensures deployment and adoption of digital tools and automation systems within the organization
9. Develops training / education materials to help drive digital transformation / change management
10. Responsible for digital channel effectiveness and analytics

ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Internal:

11. Reports to Digital Channel Lead Benelux, Nordics, Ireland
12. Close working relationship with International Centre of Excellence organisation
13. Close working relationship with Sales and Marketing BU colleagues, particularly Marketing Managers.
14. Partnership with colleagues in Data & Analytics team
15. Actively participates in continuous improvement in this area

External:

16. Stays close to the customers (both direct and indirect) reality and responds to opportunities in the market place

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

17. Higher education in the marketing or digital field
18. Min. 3 years of experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools
19. Must have strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM
20. Experience in content design and related tools, such as Canva
21. Languages: both Dutch & English are required, FR is a strong asset

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

22. Feels at ease in tools & systems, but also knows the processes behind.
23. Is familiar with marketing automation software, CRM and CMS systems (Sales Force Marketing Cloud)

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

24. Location is based in Capelle ad IJssel or Zaventem
25. Travel requirement: regular within the Benelux region
