Mission
This is a international senior leadership role positioned at management level, combining marketing leadership, innovation governance and portfolio/category strategy, with direct accountability for commercial performance (growth and margin).
This is not a communication- or campaign-led position. The role is designed to strengthen marketing as a business driver, tightly connected to Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, and to translate strategy into measurable outcomes through disciplined execution.
Defining and delivering annual and multi-year marketing and portfolio strategies, aligned with local market realities and global direction.
Leading portfolio/category management: assortment optimisation, product rationalisation, value management principles, and commercial impact tracking.
