You will be part of a team that advises executive-level clients on key strategic challenges, providing insights and guidance on market positioning and the capabilities required for long-term success. Responsibilities include creating high-quality content and deliverables aligned with engagement objectives and client needs, with a strong focus on verification and validation of results.The diversity of projects and clients creates a challenging environment with a constantly evolving workload. The role involves participation in all project phases, from analysis and design through to implementation set-up. As a (Senior) Consultant, responsibilities also include coaching junior colleagues throughout the project lifecycle, as required, and contributing to proposals for new projects with prospective or existing clients. As clients are located across the country and even across internationally, flexibility regarding working location and travel time is expected.Skills & QualificationsA completed Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience within a consulting firm, with a focus on strategy (e.g. strategy definition, transformation management, strategic portfolio management). In addition to a strong technical foundation, the following qualifications, expertise, and skills are sought:Proven experience in large-scale Strategic and Performance Transformations;Enthusiasm for working in a project-based environment, with at least 3 years experience in Project Management;Ability to take ownership of client engagements and collaborate effectively within teams to ensure successful delivery;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to think strategically while working in a structured yet flexible manner;Confidence in working with AI tools, combined with a critical mindset when applying AI in daily tasks and team collaboration;Strong interpersonal and communication skills including writing and presenting;Ability to foster innovation;Willingness to contribute to internal organization-building initiatives that strengthens team skills and knowledge;Ability to build collaborative relationships and act as a strong team player;Seek feedback and the ability to motivate others;Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.We OfferAs a certified Top Employer we offer:A reward package that goes beyond salary.
