At Lazo, we’re looking for an AI-first Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our organic marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation. This role will be the end-to-end owner of Marketing, with direct impact on how we attract, educate, and convert founders and startups interested in operating in the U.S.


What You’ll Do

* Design and execute the content strategy (blogs, guides, educational resources, lead magnets).
* Manage and grow Lazo’s newsletter with a focus on engagement and conversion.
* Create and optimize lead magnets (checklists, ebooks, workshops, playbooks, templates).
* Optimize Lazo’s website (copy, landing pages, on-page SEO, conversion, A/B testing of messaging).
* Lead the production and promotion of webinars, workshops, and online events in collaboration with Growth and Partnerships.
* Manage UGC and social media (primarily LinkedIn) with a focus on reach, engagement, and demand generation.
* Use AI tools to create, iterate, and scale content (copy, images, research, outlines, SEO, etc.).
* Analyze content and channel performance (traffic, leads, conversions) and drive continuous improvements.


What We’re Looking For


Must-Have

* AI-first mindset (you actively use AI to create, research, optimize, and scale content).
* Strong focus on inbound lead generation and organic demand creation.
* Experimentation mindset (A/B testing copy, landing pages, messaging, CTAs, content formats).
* Tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable testing new tools.
* Truly hands-on: you execute, publish, measure, and optimize yourself.
* Ability to work autonomously as the sole Marketing owner.
* Advanced English to create content for founders operating in the U.S.


Nice to Have

* Previous experience in B2B / SaaS startups.
* Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and content growth loops.
* Experience managing communities or educational content.
