Senior Project Manager – Reporting & Cognos TransformationAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation of reporting processes within our Accounting function. This role combines project leadership, business process optimization, and deep expertise in Cognos reporting.You will drive end-to-end initiatives to modernize reporting tools, improve data quality and usability, and build internal capabilities, acting as the key interface between Finance, IT, and Data teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver reporting transformation initiatives within the Accounting domainAnalyze current technical reporting processes and define improvement roadmapsEvaluate and recommend alternative reporting tools to complement or replace CognosDrive the adoption of Cognos dashboards and modern reporting practicesEstablish and lead the Cognos Knowledge Center:Define governance, standards, and best practicesOversee the creation of documentation and work instructions (WPI's)Ensure scalable knowledge sharing across teamsManage and coordinate training programs and user enablement initiativesAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders, aligning business needs with technical solutionsOversee the design and delivery of new reporting solutions, ensuring quality and timelinesDefine and maintain process documentation and control frameworksSupport the identification and definition of future reporting needs, including for wholesale productsProvide guidance and oversight on Cognos report development (hands-on involvement when needed)Required ProfileProven experience as a Senior Project Manager in data/reporting or finance transformation projectsStrong expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics, including report development and architectureExperience working within Finance/Accounting environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills (business & technical)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, risks, and timelinesProactive, autonomous, and results-driven mindsetFluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)Key SkillsProject & Program Management — ExpertCognos Reporting — Advanced to ExpertStakeholder Management — StrongProcess Improvement & Transformation — StrongWhat We OfferA high-impact role driving reporting transformation at scaleOwnership of strategic initiatives with executive visibilityA collaborative environment at the intersection of Finance and TechnologyOpportunity to build and shape long-term reporting capabilities
